Installation of single steel entry door with decorative hurricane impact glass insert, PVC jamb
and exterior brick mold, EmTek Oil Rubbed Bronze Lever lock set,  trim installation - base and casing.

Installation of double mahogany entry doors with 20 minute fire rated inserts, installation of Baldwin brass entry lock sets, applied molding on interior doors, trim installation - base, crown, and casing.

Installation of double castle style fiberglass entry doors,
with bold wrought iron door pulls.  Door unit and pulls supplied by Lowes

Douglas fir rails and styles with yellow pine tonque and groove panels



Fabrication of library bookcase in residential home

Customer attempted to use PVC gutters for book storage with a less then favorable look

Complete kitchen renovation

The window was made smaller and a pantry was build on the left side of kitchen
for both the water heater and more food storage,
 this left small cozy kitchen area that is clean and compact.

Wall cabinets were removed and re-installed in dinette area to be used as base cabinets.
Custom fabricated exchaust hood and wall tile change the whole look of the kitchen.
Openning a pass through into the dinning room opened and connected both living spaces.
New counter tops, sink , faucet, lighting and door pulls added to the new design.
A new look for a third of the price.

Full high-end bathroom remodel

This was a unique situation where as the shower, double vanity,
and tub was set in the den and was in full view of the whole first floor.
Our goal was to make the area fit in to the existing decor
plus make it functional and beautiful to the eye.
As you will see, we meet our goal.

Wonder Board underlayment, pitch 1/2" per foot on the perimeter and 1/4" per foot leading to the drain.

Due to the placement of the shower and tub in the room we used the Kerdi waterproofing membrane
and vapor retarder system by Schluter supplied by D & B Tiles of Broward County


The river rock and porcelain tile was set by Murrey's Tile of Broward County 954-849-8361


As you can see the bathroom has a very inviting feel to it.





Specialty Work

Left and right view of replacement of cabin soles (flooring), fabrication of steps with
removable step threads, and molding milled on-site for a 49' sailboat docked at
Bahia Mar Beach Resort and Yachting Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida. 
Cabin soles, step threads and molding finished with six coats of spar varnish.
